A culturally inclusive Federation will always have high expectations of all of its pupils.
The Federation will reflect and celebrate the cultural, religious and linguistic diversity the globe.
The curriculum will be at the heart of developing a culturally inclusive Federation.
Pupils will demonstrate a ‘can do’ culture in relation to advocating for real change both locally and globally.
We will develop an ethos of respect fosters positive relationships for pupils and staff and the Federation community.

Actions
How will it be done?
We will audit the Federation curriculum – identifying how it teaches pupils about the 'protected characteristics'.
We will develop an action plan to address any gaps found.
We will ensure that our Science curriculum includes a focus on learning about a diverse range of Scientists.
Will will establish the EARA (Equalities and Rights Advocates) group with a clear set of roles and responsibilities.
The Federation will seek Bronze Acreditation of the Global Neighbours award.
Our daily collective worship will involve the EARA group and include a diverse range of important people and music.
