IMPORTANT! We need you to provide consent and specify your child's name for the design, regardless of if you are buying a hoodie or not.
Please can all Yr6 parents/guardians fill out the form HERE to ensure your child's name appears in the design.
If you are buying a hoodie, please also note payment is due by 21 April.
